WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?
Welcome to the new East Lothian Summer Series website.
The Summer Series consists of six handicap races held between June and August by and for those involved in running at all levels in and around East Lothian.
Races are organised by Haddington and East Lothian Pacemakers, Musselburgh and District Athletic Club, Dunbar Running Club and JogScotland.
Most of the races are around the 5k distance but may be slightly longer (nothing more than 7.5k)
At a one off payment of £3 for all six races its fantastic value and either a good way to get into the racing "culture" or simply a way to keep your training topped up with a few "sharp" quick runs.
Most of all it's a nice way to spend summer evenings in the company of other runners.
