Musselburgh Leg of ELSS: Tuesday 3rd August

The next leg of the East Lothian Summer Series is being held in Musselburgh on Tuesday 3^rd August. Route is up and down the Esk (with an Inveresk loop) as per the attached map. Distance is 7.1k.

 

Meet at the end of the Esk path just before 7pm. First runner off shortly after.

 

There will be sandwiches and pizza in the Levenhall Arms after.

Hope everyone enjoyed the new course at North Berwick. Luckily the rain stayed off for the race. Next year though lets see if we cant do something about all those little flies!!

Race 3 Results

The sky's were dark, but luckily the threatened rain held off for the third round of this years series.
36 runners did the "there and back" route along the Longniddry railway line, and some fast times were posted.
